All orders are canceled within three working days after receiving the order, after which delivery depends on the operation of the delivery service. If it happens that a certain product is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone within three working days of receiving the order and together we will find a further solution.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a notification about the package's arrival with further instructions.

Payment

Purchases on the Kjut butik website are possible with cash on delivery, payment with payment cards, PayPal or prepayment to the company's TRR.

In case of prepayment, transfer the total amount of the order (including postage) to TRR SI56 0400 0027 7384 924, and enter the order number found in the e-mail in the Reference field. We recommend using a UPN payment order. If you have problems entering the reference, leave the field blank (or enter the number 99 in the model field and leave the reference field blank) and enter Kjut butik and your order number in the Purpose field. For the amount of the commission when paying by advance invoice, ask the bank through which you make the payment, and we recommend the use of online banking as the most convenient solution.

Stripe takes care of secure card payments.

Ordering

We accept orders in the online store and at the email address info@kjutbutik.eu. The sales contract can be concluded in Slovenian or English.

Place your order in the online store in the following steps:

  • By clicking on the Add to basket icon next to the selected products, you add the latter to your basket.
  • You can edit the contents of the basket (quantities of items, delete items) by clicking on Update basket.
  • Complete the order by clicking Complete Order in the cart.
  • In the process of completing the order, you select the address where you want the order delivered (the system allows you to add and choose between several addresses for one user), the delivery method and the payment method (you can choose between cash on delivery, bank transfer to the company's TRR or payment by card). All costs associated with individual selections are displayed in the checkout process.
  • Before placing the order, you can review it again and add notes if you wish.
  • By clicking on the button Complete the order, the order is completed and the purchase contract is concluded.
  • The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order by clicking on the 'Complete order' button and the buyer receives a confirmation of the accepted order in his mailbox, and the contract is also saved on the company's server. If the user is registered on our website, he can view the content of the order in his user profile.

You will receive an invoice for the sent goods in the shipment. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.

The terms and conditions of business are always available to the customer on our website even after the purchase.

Purchase notification process

After submitting the order, the buyer receives a confirmation to his e-mail address. As long as the buyer is a registered user, from this moment on all order information is also available in his user account on the Kjut butik website.

The customer will receive an email notification when their order has been shipped.

Withdrawal from purchase and complaint

If the buyer wishes to cancel his order even before the order has been processed and shipped, he must notify the provider at the email address info@kjutbutik.eu. If the shipment has not yet been processed and shipped, the order will be canceled at no additional cost. A confirmation of order cancellation will be sent to the buyer's email address, and the already paid purchase price will be returned to the buyer's means of payment.

In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, according to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 43), the buyer has the right to inform the provider within 15 days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give him a reason for his decision. The buyer must communicate his decision to return the shipment to info@kjutbutik.eu within 15 days of receipt, and the received goods must be returned within 14 days of the notification to the address: Kalais d.o.o., Medlog 22i, 3000 Celje. The deadline starts the day after receiving the goods. The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. You can also return the goods within 14 days of receipt without prior written notice. The message is considered to be on time if the shipment is delivered within 14 days of receipt or within 14 days of written notice of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer can submit the notice of withdrawal to the company on a form or with an unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract.

The goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. When returning, the buyer must provide his personal data and the transaction account to which the purchase price should be returned. When returning goods, you can request a refund, credit or another product. Complaints and disputes

In its operation, Kjut butik respects the applicable European legislation on consumer protection and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can contact by phone or e-mail.

The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@kjutbutik.eu. The appeal process is confidential. Within five days, we will confirm that we have received the complaint and inform the buyer of the estimated duration of the procedure.

Kjut butik is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, we do our best to resolve any disputes amicably.

In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court of the consumer's permanent residence is competent.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Kalais d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE.

The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

The customer can access the platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS) at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL

Liability for material errors

A mistake is material when:

  • the article does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation
  • the article does not have properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of
  • the article does not have properties and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
  • the seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown for notification purposes only.

The physical defect is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, and at the same time with the manufacturer's statements or indications on the item itself.

The buyer must notify us of a potential material defect along with a precise description of it within the statutory deadline and at the same time allow us to inspect the item. The form for reporting a material error can be found here.

The right to assert a material defect in the item is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the law but on consumer protection.
