The base of the raw syrup is certified organic cane sugar from South America. Then comes the infusion, the addition of fruit juices, natural extracts and even essential oils, creating the most authentic and natural taste possible. The syrups are less sweet than usual, but significantly more full of flavor.
The common point of all flavors is finding the ideal balance between pH and brix, i.e. acidity and sugar level. Most raw syrups have a pH below 4.5 and a Brix of around 60°, which is the perfect combination for great flavor. In addition, our syrups are heat-treated at a low temperature to preserve all the organoleptic properties of our recipes.
