Guatemala EL PACAYAL is very aromatic. It will appeal to those who like a more "classic" taste of coffee, as well as to those who are looking for something more in coffee. Suitable for all preparations, from Turkish to filter.
Coffee cherries are picked by hand. At the mill, they are transferred to a water tank and floating cherries-defects are removed. Immediately afterwards, the grains are deboned. Coffee beans are dried to a moisture level of 12%. The coffee beans then rest for 2 months in GranPro bags. At the end, the last wrapper is removed from the coffee beans and they are prepared for their journey to us.

The area of San Pedro Necta is surrounded by the hills, where we find mainly small farms that are engaged in raising and growing coffee. Most of the production in this area is organic, which the surrounding farmers have mutually agreed upon, because they care about the health of nature. Most of the farms in this area are very small, so they are often connected in cooperatives.
